The HR-50000 & HT-50000 camera series from Emergent effectively produces a full resolution of 7920x6004 at 23fps, clocking at a benchmark 47.5 megapixels. With synchronization speeds going as fast as sub 1 microsecond, the new HR-50000 & HT-50000 series is setting new standards in professional-grade, high-speed inspection and precision imagery.
This Brand new 50 MP 10 gige camera series uses the latest camera sensor technology from CMOSIS. The CMV50000 is the latest in high-speed CMOS image sensors developed by CMOSIS for critical machine-vision applications requiring crisp detail for inspection and detection under fast-moving conditions.
50 MP 10 Gige Camera, global shutter pixels with true CDS for offset reduction
The new sensor successfully produces images and video at a full resolution of 7920x6004 pixels, which is 50 megapixels (47.5 effective megapixels), one of the highest results attained from a machine vision image sensor in its class. This sensor also uses true Correlated Double Sampling (CDS) for machine-grade imaging. CDS allows this new sensor technology to adapt effectively to real-time conditions and amount for offsets that may hamper imaging results, making it effective for critical machine-vision scenarios.
Pipelined operation for continuous machine vision and HD imaging
The new sensor technology from CMOSIS uses pipelined operation. This enables the memory and the camera processor to communicate in a continuous manner - without any idle time between fetch and execute - for unprecedented imaging. Pipelined operation technology makes the HR/HT-50000 camera series the new standard for machine vision applications requiring uncompromised imaging.
Engineered for superior Monochrome and Color imaging
The new HR/HT-50000 from Emergent comes in both Monochrome and Color modes. The Color version is the HR/HT-50000C while the Monochrome camera is the HR/HT-50000M. While the monochrome photography preserves artistic details, color photography provides superior inspection and detection imagery. Both the modes enable Binning and sub-sampling for noise reduction and superior imagery. The new CMV50000 sensors enable various modes for RAW, Monochrome and Color imaging. They are:
- RAW mode: BayerRGB and BayerRG10
- Color mode: RGB8, YUV411, YUV 422, YUV444 and BGR8
- Monochrome mode: Mono8 and Mono10
10 GigE compliant for fast machine vision applications and environments
