Check out a live demonstration of our 24.47MP HB-25000-SB 25GigE camera, which features the Sony IMX530 Pregius S sensor and reaches 98fps. In the demonstration, the 24.47MP camera will compare printed circuited board assemblies moving on a rotating assembly (PCBA) to a reference pattern at 60fps. The demo will showcase the camera paired with GPUDirect technology to transfer images directly to GPU memory and make a successful pattern match in less than 15ms. GPUDirect technology, which can be deployed in eCapture Pro software, delivers zero-data-loss imaging with zero CPU utilization and zero memory bandwidth.

For those with 3D reconstruction needs, Emergent will showcase a demonstration featuring two of its HB-12000-SB 25GigE camera working with a dual-port PH-25-DUAL 25GigE NIC and eCapture Pro software to perform a 3D reconstruction of a figurine on a turntable. The HB-12000-SB features the 12.4MP Sony Pregius S IMX535 and reaches speeds of 192fps.

Equipped with the industry’s fastest interface (100GigE QSFP28), the HZ-2000-G 100GigE camera features the 2.5MP Gpixel GSPRINT4502 CMOS sensor and reaches a top frame rate of 3462fps. In addition to supporting cable lengths up to 10KM, the HZ-2000-G delivers zero loss image transport, absolute minimum CPU utilization, memory bandwidth, latency, and jitter.
