Senior Digital Marketing Specialist (Hybrid)
Location: Port Coquitlam, BC (Hybrid: On-site & Remote)
Salary: CAD $74,000 – $85,000 per year (based on experience). Higher compensation available for exceptional candidates with relevant leadership experience.

About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and execute high-impact digital initiatives that drive lead generation, site performance, and engagement. You’ll take ownership of web, SEO, ads, email, and content campaigns—tracking results and continuously optimizing for growth. This hybrid role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and is ideal for a self-starter with strong technical marketing skills and experience managing digital projects from start to finish. This is a high-impact role with visibility across the company and the opportunity to grow into a digital marketing leadership position.

Key Responsibilities
- Website & SEO: Own and optimize the corporate website for UX, rankings, and conversions
- Ads & Email: Plan and manage Google Ads campaigns and email workflows (e.g., Pardot)
- Content: Develop and support digital content for campaigns, product launches, and lead generation
- Analytics: Monitor and report on campaign performance using GA4 and other tools
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, engineering and company leadership for aligned messaging
- Project Leadership: Drive digital projects like site revamps or automation integrations to completion
Qualifications
- Completion of a diploma or degree in a related field, such as marketing, communications, or web site development.
- 4–6 years in digital marketing with experience in SEO, web management, email, and paid media
- Strong track record of delivering measurable results across multiple digital channels
- Skilled in:
- Google Ads, GA4, Search Console
- WordPress or similar CMS (headless CMS a plus)
- Marketing automation tools (Pardot, HubSpot, etc.)
- Confident communicator who can simplify technical topics
- Proven use of AI tools (e.g., LLMs) to boost content and campaign quality
- Comfortable leading projects and juggling multiple priorities
- Eager to learn and market complex technologies like vision systems
Bonus Points For:
- B2B tech marketing experience, especially in machine vision
- Basic HTML/CSS skills
- Experience with international campaigns or multi-language content
