As the pioneer for high speed ethernet cameras we always strive to offer a wide range of cameras to best serve our customers and meet all their application requirements, whether it is for machine vision, industrial inspection, virtual reality, or sports technology. Despite its challenges 2020 has been a very productive year on that front with the recent addition of 40+ new camera models to our product line-up. With resolutions from 0.5 to 103.7 megapixels, frame rates to 1,594 fps, and virtually limitless cable lengths we have a camera for your high-speed application. Here are some of the highlights.
Sony Pregius S sensors now available in 10GigE
While already available in our 25GigE BOLT Series, the IMX530, IMX531, IMX532, IMX535, IMX536, IMX537, IMX540, IMX541, IMX542, IMX545, IMX546, and IMX547 from Sony’s popular Pregius S sensor family (also known as Sony 4th generation sensors), have been added to our 10GigE HR and HT camera series.
When it comes to our 10GigE series you get the choice between a 10GigE SFP+ (HR-Series) or RJ45 10GBaseT interface (HT-Series). Both offer similar performance with resolutions between 0.5 and 50 megapixels and frame rates to 1,586 fps. HT-Series models feature a sleek smaller housing, CAT6A connection, and cable lengths to a maximum of 100 meters. HR-Series models offer more flexibility. Their 10GigE SFP+ interface provides three options to cover cable length requirements from one meter and up to 10 kilometers without the need for fiber converters or repeaters.

New 50GigE and 100GigE High-speed cameras
Announced mid-October, The 100GigE Zenith and 50GigE Xtreme Series are the very first industrial cameras to be based on the QSFP28-100GigE and QSFP28-50GigE interfaces.
These new cameras are powered by the very latest sensor technology from Gpixel. They feature the 21 megapixel Gsprint4521, 65 megapixel GMAX3265, and 103.7 megapixel GMAX32103. These new sensors deliver fast data rates (the Gsprint4521, for example, provides in excess of 100Gbps data rates), and excellent image quality. As such they require the highest performance interfaces to deliver the full frame rate and we are able to offer an amazing 600fps at the full 21 megapixel resolution with the Zenith HZ-21000-G 100 Gigabit Ethernet camera.

IP67 housing
A new optional IP67 housing is now also available for our HR, BOLT, Xtreme and Zenith camera series. Defined by the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC), IP67 provides protection from solid particles such as dust, dirt or sand. The rating also guarantees protection from water ingress in up to one meter of water for a maximum of 30 minutes.
