HZ-25000-SBS: 100GigE camera with Sony IMX947

HZ-25000-SBS features the Sony Pregius S IMX947 CMOS sensor. At full resolution of 26MP (5136 x 5136), you get 423 frames per second in 8-bit mode, 383 frames per second in 10-bit mode and 277 frames per second in 12-bit mode.

The IMX949 sensor has a larger cell size of 5.48 μm, enabling it to collects more light per pixel, making the sensor more sensitive and improving its performance in low-light or high-speed conditions. For industrial inspection, this higher sensitivity allows for faster imaging, reduced motion blur, and more reliable detection of fine defects even under challenging lighting environments.

Its ultra high-speed 100GigE QSFP28 interface offers many benefits including low-cost accessories, low CPU overhead, low latency, low jitter, and accurate multicamera synchronization using IEEE1588. In addition, 100GigE QSFP28 offers three supported cabling options for cable lengths from 1 meter to 10 kilometers.
