Emergent was first to 10GigE, 25GigE and 100GigE camera systems. These are our latest breakthroughs for innovators that push the limits.
HYPERION 200GigE Area Scan Cameras: 1,000fps @ 21 MP
HYPERION is the world’s first 200GigE area-scan camera platform, capable of imaging streams of 200 gigabits a second using the QSFP56 interface.
The first HYPERION model, the AH-21000-G, will use the Gpixel GSPRINT4521 sensor to deliver 21-megapixel imaging at up to 1,000 frames per second. This camera is GigE Vision 3.0 / RDMA compliant, as are all Emergent cameras.
STRATOS 200GigE Line Scan Cameras: 1 MHz @ 16K
STRATOS is the world’s first 200GigE line-scan camera platform. It is also GigE Vision 3.0 / RDMA compliant and will also use the QSFP56 interface.
The first STRATOS model, the LST-16KG5, will use the Gpixel GLT5016BSI sensor to provide 16K resolution, 256-stage TDI and line rates up to 1 MHz, with backside illumination designed to improve imaging performance in low-light applications.
Capture more, move less with AEOLUS compression cameras
AEOLUS compression cameras provide on-camera H.265 compression, which produces video files smaller than typical 1GigE output. RJ45 PoE connectivity auto-negotiates to 10, 5, 2.5 or 1GigE. Framerate and resolution performance from the sensor is equal to that of 25GigE models.
Two models will make their debut. The AEOLUS AA-12000-SB-H delivers 12.4 MP at 187fps with the Sony IMX535 sensor, and the AA-25000-SB-H delivers 25 MP at 105fps the IMX530 sensor. By encoding at the edge, AEOLUS dramatically reduces bandwidth and storage requirements, enabling direct-to-cloud workflows for sports analytics and volumetric capture.
BOLT 25GigE and ZENITH 100GigE Cameras with new Sony sensors
New Sony sensors are pushing to higher resolutions and framerates in both our BOLT 25GigE and ZENITH 100GigE cameras. That means being able to hit 113fps at 105 MP, or up to 662 fps at 12.4 MP, with a range of models in-between. You get incredible speed and resolution, backed by our reliable system architecture.
Faster, higher resolution line scan cameras across 10, 25 and 100GigE
New line-scan cameras at 10GigE, 25GigE and 100GigE are pushing performance across a wide range of resolutions and line rates. From compact 4K 10GigE models to 8K and 16K cameras at 25GigE and 100GigE, the latest platforms scale up to 1 MHz line rates for demanding high-speed inspection and imaging applications.
Canon RF and Micro Four Thirds lens compatibility
Expanded lens compatibility gives system designers flexibility across a wide range of imaging applications. Support for Canon RF and Micro Four Thirds lenses enables compact, high-performance configurations, while RF lens integration adds software control of focus, zoom and iris for applications that benefit from remote adjustment and automated setup.
High-Performance GigE Camera Systems
The demonstrations will combine Emergent cameras with our eCapture Pro and eSDK Pro software, high-performance network interface cards and technologies including GigE Vision 3.0, RDMA / RoCEv2, zero-copy image transfer and NVIDIA GPUDirect.

01. 4D Gaussian Splatting with 36-camera EROS 10GigE array
Thirty-six cameras are synchronized to 1µs using PTP to capture visitors for highly realistic, real-time 4D Gaussian Splatting (4DGS), combining high-resolution volumetric video with synchronized audio. The demo shows the acquisition and processing architecture required to handle 36 simultaneous 10GigE streams.
Cameras: 36 × EROS HE-12000-SBL 10GigE color cameras — 12.3 MP at up to 60 fps.
System: eCapture Pro with 4DGS processing; two servers, each with two NVIDIA RTX PRO 6000 Blackwell GPUs; camera and audio synchronization within 1 µs. This is a high-performance system focused on the best photo and video with audio outcomes, and can perform real-time production.
02a. HYPERION 200GigE & STRATOS 200GigE
This demo will be the global debut of 200GigE camera systems, featuring the new HYPERION 200GigE area scan camera and STRATOS 200GigE line scan camera.
Cameras: For area scan, HYPERION 200GigE AH-21000-G, using the Gpixel GSPRINT4521 sensor, running at 1,000fps at 21 MP. For line scan, STRATOS 200GigE LST-16KG5, will use the Gpixel GLT5016BSI sensor running at 16K resolution with a single line rate of 1 MHz, and having both 256 stage TDI and backside illumination for exceptional low light performance.
System: The demo will showcase the system requirements for running two 200GigE cameras, including a workstation with a GPU and a 200GigE network interface card using the QSFP56 interface. eCapture Pro software will be used to configure and run the cameras using the fully GigE Vision 3.0 / RDMA compliant drivers offered by Emergent.
02b. Markerless motion capture using ZENITH 100GigE cameras
A deep-learning model performs markerless motion capture from high-resolution, high-framerate video, tracking human movement without wearable markers. The demo also highlights the latest Sony Pregius S sensors now spanning ZENITH 100GigE and new BOLT 25GigE cameras.
Cameras: ZENITH HZ-12000-SB equipped with MFT lens—12.3 MP at up to 662 fps—and the HZ-100-SB equipped with an RF lens, 105 MP at up to 113fps. New BOLT 25GigE models also extend the latest Sony Pregius S sensor families to 25GigE.
System: NVIDIA DGX Spark with Grace Blackwell processing and native 100GigE connectivity; open-source deep-learning motion-capture processing; Canon RF lens with software control of focus, zoom and iris.
03. AEOLUS H.265 Compression Camera: Move less, capture more.
Seven BOLT 25GigE cameras stream uncompressed images while the eighth camera, the new AEOLUS compression cam performs H.265 encoding at the edge. Because compression happens at the source, that stream requires far less bandwidth, processing and storage—and no secondary H.265 encoding step.
Cameras: 1 AEOLUS AA-12000-SB H.265 compression camera compared to 7 × BOLT HB-12000-SB 25GigE cameras — all outputting 12.4 MP at up to 187 fps, using their Sony IMX535 sensors. Cameras in this demo are equipped with RF, MFT and C-mount lenses.
System: eCapture Pro controls camera-side encoding, acquisition and recording; single server with NVIDIA RTX 6000 Ada Generation GPU.
04. Line scan cameras at 10GigE, 25GigE & 100GigE
Four cameras image the same moving test pattern to compare line-scan performance at 10GigE, 25GigE and 100GigE—all operating on the same GigE Vision 3.0/RDMA backbone. The 100GigE TDI camera also demonstrates 64-stage TDI imaging without dedicated illumination.
Cameras: EROS LE-4KG35 10GigE 4K mono; ACCEL LB-8KG7 25GigE 8K color at up to 240 kHz; PINNACLE LZ-16KG5 16K at up to 400 kHz; and LZT-8KG5 8K TDI at up to 1 MHz.
System: Zaber rotary motion stage with printed test pattern; single server with NVIDIA RTX PRO 6000 Blackwell GPU.
05. Deep learning classification with multi-camera BOLT 25GigE system
Eight cameras feed a deep-learning segmentation pipeline that detects, counts and classifies people, then follows their full-body movement through the scene. FlexProc and FlexTrans distribute processing and move image data efficiently between GPUs and servers using zero-copy and NVIDIA GPUDirect.
Cameras: 8 × BOLT HB-25000-SB 25GigE cameras — 24.5 MP at up to 105 fps.
System: eSDK Pro with FlexProc and FlexTrans; two servers, each equipped with two NVIDIA RTX 6000 Ada Generation GPUs.
06. “10GigE is the new 1GigE” with ultra-compact EROS Series cameras
Ultra-compact EROS cameras bring 10GigE capability to the 29 × 29 mm form factor traditionally associated with slower Ethernet cameras. Here, both automatically negotiate to the NVIDIA Orin Super’s 1GigE connection while running live brightness-adjustment plug-ins—then can scale to full 10GigE when more bandwidth is available.
Cameras: EROS HE-3200-S-I SWIR — 3.14 MP at up to 173.4 fps — and new EROS LE-4KG5 4K mono line-scan camera.
System: eCapture Pro with a brightness-adjustment processing plug-in running for each camera; NVIDIA Orin Super embedded computer providing 1GigE connectivity.
07. AI-powered anomaly detection of printed circuit boards
An AI anomaly-detection plug-in identifies flawed PCBs moving at high speed, while a second plug-in controls a laser that illuminates the defective PCB for easy identification on screen. The demo shows how multiple acquisition, processing and device-control functions can be combined in one drag-and-drop eCapture Pro workflow.

System: eCapture Pro with anomaly-detection and laser-control plug-ins; THEIA quad-port 10GigE NIC with POE; Neousys industrial PC with NVIDIA RTX A6000 GPU; Zaber rotary motion stage, and Opto Engineering laser controlled by Advantech IO.
08. 16-camera 3D facial reconstruction with EROS 10GigE cameras
Sixteen cameras are synchronized to 1µs using PTP to capture a subject from multiple viewpoints. A detailed 3D facial profile in created in Lichtfeld Studio open source Gaussian splatting software. The captured video can be used in third-party software for character creation, animation and visual effects, as well as medical imaging and body-profiling applications. The system can do photos, and video with audio.
Cameras: 16 × EROS HE-12000-SBL 10GigE cameras — 12.4 MP at up to 60 fps.
System: eCapture Pro or eSDK Pro acquires the synchronized multi-camera image data for use in third-party 3D reconstruction, character-creation or medical-imaging software. The NVIDIA DGX Spark is the core of a compact, low-cost Gaussian splatting system with 16 cameras and 1 switch.
09. High-speed pharmaceutical inspection with BOLT 25GigE cameras
Two cameras perform real-time blister-pack inspection using an AI anomaly detection model, which displays a percentage indicating its confidence in whether the inspected pills are a pass or fail.
